Village History

Gram Panchayat Khopi, established in 1952, has a rich cultural heritage. Located on the banks of the Indrayani river, the village was historically known for its agricultural produce. Over the decades, under the guidance of visionary leaders, it has transformed into a modern semi-urban settlement while retaining its rural charm.

In 2018, the village was awarded the "Nirmal Gram Puraskar" for achieving 100% sanitation coverage. Today, we strive to become a completely digital Gram Panchayat.
